Patriot provides comprehensive Medical, Dental and Vision. We share a significant portion of individual and family costs, and our plans offer a wide range of services and are compliant with the new Affordable Care Act regulations.
Patriot observes all ten (10) Federal holidays in addition to the leave benefits. Holidays include:

Patriot’s PTO policy allows employees to use PTO for vacation, sick, and/or personal time.
When a death occurs in a Patriot employee’s immediate family, all regular full time employees may take up to two (2) days off with pay to attend the funeral or make funeral arrangements. The pay for time off will be prorated for a part-time employee if the funeral occurs on a scheduled work day. Immediate family means father, mother, brother, sister, son, daughter, husband, wife, father-in-law, mother-in-law, brother-in-law, sister-in-law, son-in-law, daughter- in-law, grandparents and grandchildren. Further guidance can be obtained by contacting HR.
Patriot encourages employees to fulfill their civic responsibilities by serving jury duty when required. All eligible regular full time employees will be compensated 1 day (8 hours) of jury duty.
Paychex Payroll Portal
New for 2018, we are pleased to announce the Patriot LLC Paychex internet portal for all Patriot Employees. Through Paychex, our payroll provider, we are able to offer you access to your earnings statements and W-2 forms 24 hours per day, 7 days a week.
Company Paid Short-Term/Long-Term Disability Benefits
For all benefit eligible personnel, Patriot LLC pays the entire cost of Employee Short/Long-Term disability insurance premiums. Short-Term Disability (STD) insurance provides a 60% salary continuation for up to 13 weeks. Long-Term Disability (LTD) provides benefit payments up to* 60% of employees’ Patriot earnings. Actual payment amounts and duration are dependent upon your disability and information provided by your medical care provider(s).
Life and Accidental Death and Dismemberment (AD&D) Insurance
For benefit eligible personnel, Patriot LLC provides Basic Life and AD&D insurance coverage in the amount of $50,000. Employees have the option to elect additional Life and AD&D coverage for an additional cost associated with the level of coverage elected. We also offer AFLAC for supplemental insurance policies
401 (k) with Employer Match
Patriot’s 401K plan, currently administered by ADP, includes a balanced retirement portfolio of Eighteen (18) funds and self-directed investment strategies. Employees receive up to a 4% match and a 100% immediate vesting for Employer Paid Contributions (EPC).
Training and Tuition Reimbursement
We offer employees opportunities to remain current with advances in their discipline and to earn academic credits. Patriot encourages participation in professional associations and seminars. Education Assistance is provided to help with the cost of tuition and registration of approved courses up to the IRS limit of $5,250.
Employee Referral Program
Our Employee Referral Program includes referral bonus payments paid within 30 days after completion of our ninety-day (90) new hire. The amount and schedule of the bonus payments shall be dependent upon the needs of Patriot LLC and may vary from time to time. Referrals of temp to perm assignments, part-time, former employees that have left within the preceding 12 months and family members of current employees are subject to ineligibility. Employees are encouraged to contact HR for details and guidance specific to any referrals.
