Department of Commerce – Prime Contract Award

As a Prime Contractor Patriot and it’s partner EKuber Ventures Inc. provides the Department of Commerce (DOC) with Customer Relationship Management (CRM) and Drupal Content Management Systems (CMS) O&M and Full Lifecycle Support project. The scope of work included planning, requirements gathering, designing, developing, testing, deploying, training, and implementing the solution components of the Salesforce CRM. Patriot supports OCIO by to providing Assessment & Authorization (A&A) services to ensure that security requirements are met to include Authority to Operate (ATO), and support during the operational phase of the System Development Life Cycle (SDLC) for Salesforce CRM.
