Eagle Alliance

Eagle Alliance was awarded a 7-year contract in 2001 by the Department of Defense (DoD) to provide the Intelligence Community with information technology services bringing industry-leading strong expertise, proven best commercial practices, and large-scale systems management. 

• In 2007, the DoD exercised a 3-year option to continue these services with Eagle Alliance, extending the contract through September 2011
• In 2009, the DoD awarded a 3-year contract extension through September 2014
• In 2013, Eagle Alliance was awarded another extension for 2 years of service through September 2016, with a
  1-year extension option, potentially continuing services through September 2017

The contract is one of the DoD’s largest-ever information technology (IT) outsourcing efforts. With Eagle Alliance providing world-class, innovative technology solutions, its customers have been able to respond more effectively to a rapidly changing mission, improve information assurance, and better focus their human resources on core missions. The Eagle Alliance and its subcontractor companies provide secure and non-secure telephony and network services, distributed computing services, and enterprise and security management of the non-mission information technology infrastructure at NSA headquarters and surrounding offices.

This Program delivers a cost-effective model for fulfilling NSA’s requirements and provides a single framework for the delivery of services by all Eagle Alliance members.
